The NY Times shares the scoop here on this Brooklyn-based trio of friends who just quit their day jobs to go on tour. The songs, as you'll see on the singers' face, are personal lyrics, written to cope with his wife's grim health prognosis and surprisingly hopeful recovery. He seems to feel every lyric singing "You Never Need Nobody"
I like that you get the chance to hear the gal's voice in this one,
"You Don't Love Me Like You Used To". It turns out she & I both spent time living in Williamsburg, VA.
The harmonies, the catchy melody...Turn it up!
Back in Dec, NPR predicted "you'll know this band in 2013" & posted "Two Sides of Lonely", filmed out in the snowy elements & an old church in Upstate NY.
Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom. Psalm 90:12 NLT Pin It
