You'll find yourself reaching for this one

Lilah got this book & the incredible audio CDs for her birthday.
"Thank you, Uncle Jay, Aunt Tara, Jeremiah, Selah & Moriah!"

Just as the subtitle declares "every story whispers His Name".
Author, Sally Lloyd-Jones creates anticipation for the coming of Jesus and paints a picture of His love for us, His creation, like I've never heard before. One minute, it's entertaining-I mean, laugh out loud-and heart-gripping the next. Plus, it's meant for the 4 & up crowd, so it's written with their attention spans in mind. I'm telling you, you'll be reaching for it for your own Bible reading.

The audio CDs, brilliantly & colorfully portrayed by David Suchet are a MUST! The kids ask me to put it on and I find myself popping it in while I'm going about my household tasks. I'm telling you, it's really, really good.

Dr Timothy Keller (The Reason for God: belief in an age of skepticism, pastor of Redeemer Church, NYC) says "I would urge not just families with young children to get this book, but every Christian--from pew warmers, to ministry leaders, seminarians and even theologians!"

Not just another Bible to sit on the shelf or feel spiritual about giving, this is THE Bible they'll read & listen to over & over. They'll be thanking you.
Get the deluxe version (audio CDs & hardcover bible) here for $16.49 (eligible for free shipping)

From the beginning story:
"Now some people think the Bible is a book of rules, telling you what you should and shouldn't do. The Bible certainly has rules in it. They show you how life works best. But the Bible isn't mainly about you and what you should be doing. It's about God and what He has done.
Other people think the Bible is a book of heroes, showing you people you should copy. The Bible does have some heroes in it, but most of the people in the Bible aren't heroes at all. They make some big mistakes.
No, the Bibles isn't a book of rules, or a book of heroes. The Bible is most of all a story...the best thing about this Story is-it's true.
There are lots of stories in the Bible, but all the stories are telling one Big Story.
The story of how God loves his children and comes to rescue them.
It takes the whole Bible to tell this Story"

I agree, was able to read Carter and Lilah a few of Carter's and my favorites and the stories kept his attention to the end and then he would ask for more. A must buy Bible storybook for every household with children. Miss you all, Mom

The Cliff family loves it too! Jonathan and I tear up about 8 out of 10 times we read it. So good!
